Job summary

MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel is looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure guests have a fantastic stay. You will manage daily operations, deliver superb customer service, and collaborate with the Assistant Hotel Manager.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, an outgoing personality, and proficiency with front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT). Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of experience in hospitality as a receptionist or supervisor.
• You are an outgoing team player who leads and develops others.
• You have knowledge of front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to our guests.
• You take care of invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests.
• You are responsible for maintaining MEININGER quality standards in your area.
• You lead the front-of-house team together with your Assistant Hotel Manager.
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening- and night shifts.
