Job summary

Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is seeking a Front Office star to join our luxury hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. You will be the face of the property, greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and guiding them with personalized recommendations.

We value strong English communication, initiative, and a guest-first mindset. Dutch is a plus. Eligible to work in the Netherlands; 1 year front office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office role, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid work permit).

Responsibilities

• Delivering unforgettable first impressions to guests.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs, inquiries, and tailored recommendations.
• Acting as a true host, assisting with luggage and concierge services.
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy and ensuring guest satisfaction.
