Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Accurate, with good numeracy and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and incoming emails.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain orderly front desk and assist with reservations as needed.
