PPHE Hotel Group's art'otel amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to lead and inspire the front desk team, ensuring warm, efficient guest service from check-in to check-out.

You’ll mentor colleagues, handle guest requests with care, and collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain high service standards.

Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is expected; you bring excellent English communication and Opera PMS experience to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office teams or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Front Office team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest requests, check-ins and check-outs with care and a smile.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain service standards.
