Swissôtel Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Agent for a full-time position in the heart of Amsterdam. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay with attentive service.

We value a hospitality DNA, strong English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Opera PMS is a plus, and career growth within Accor’s global portfolio is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages a plus.
• Hospitality-focused service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera (Opera Cloud a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide a warm atmosphere.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and handle payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options.
• Maintain accurate guest records using property management software.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures.
