Art'otel Amsterdam, located in the heart of the hotel, offers a Front Office internship to gain an extensive understanding of hospitality, front-of-house operations, and guest service.

You will learn how to warmly welcome guests, ensure smooth check-in and check-out, resolve issues, and provide personalized recommendations. This internship lasts 5–6 months and includes a €550 allowance, meals during shifts, and opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group in Europe.

Qualifications

• You aim for a warm welcome and smooth check-in/out for guests.
• You actively think about solving guests' issues and would love to learn how to advise and give recommendations to improve Front of House services.
• You listen and adapt to the needs of both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Learn to resolve guest issues and offer recommendations to enhance Front of House services.
• Adapt to evolving tasks and different ways of working.
