Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and a memorable departure, while upholding the hotel’s luxury standards.

You will supervise shifts, coach colleagues, handle guest requests, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Experience and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Front Office supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations during your shift.
• Create warm, personalized arrival and departure experiences for all guests.
• Coach and motivate Front Office associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly while ensuring positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and departures to ensure operational excellence.
