Corendon is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for W Amsterdam to lead the Welcome Desk across the Exchange and Bank buildings. You will guide a diverse team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations from guest arrival to check-out, while leveraging your knowledge of the hotel and the city to enhance every stay.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential for guest interactions and team communication.
• Dutch and any other language are appreciated for broader guest engagement.
• Minimum of one year in Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader roles in a hotel.
• Experience in 5-star luxury segments.
• Valid working permit for The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Welcome Desk team to deliver the W experience from arrival to departure.
• Ensure seamless operations and adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Oversee check-ins, payments, reservations, and room assignments with accuracy.
• Prepare and review daily arrivals/departures reports and respond to special requests.
