Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, greet guests warmly, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will coach and motivate colleagues, collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Experience to deliver exceptional service, manage VIP arrivals, and maintain high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus; hotel PMS experience is expected;

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; multilingualism a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Create warm, personalized arrival and departure experiences for all guests.
• Coach, support, and motivate Front Office associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and issues promptly for positive outcomes.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and VIPs; coordinate with other departments for seamless guest journeys.
