The role emphasizes proactive, creative leadership, language skills in Dutch and English, and flexibility across mornings, evenings, or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant vocational education required.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience in a similar role.
• Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Front Office flow and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Support scheduling and internal/external communication.
• Lead and coach Front Office team to deliver high service levels.
• Contribute to daily Front Office operations and ensure quality service.
