Job summary

Melia Hotels International is seeking a Front Office Agent for Amsterdam on a full-time basis. You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and ensure a warm, efficient first impression.

You will upsell services, coordinate with the front desk team, and strive to deliver memorable stays. Opera Cloud PMS experience is preferred, and previous guest-review responsiveness helps elevate service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience answering guest reviews.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS preferred.
• Experience with Melia International is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and assist with requests.
• Promote services and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with the front desk to manage stayovers and room changes.
