Holiday Inn Express in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join a fast-paced, international team. You will contribute to a smooth check-in/out experience and manage guest records with attention to detail.

We value excellent guest service and a friendly, proactive approach. Fluency in English is required, Dutch preferred, and experience with Opera PMS is a plus within our hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.

Responsibilities
