Job summary

MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel is seeking a Front Desk - Receptionist (f/m/d) for a full-time position. You will be the welcoming face, manage check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with suppliers and staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We value an outgoing personality, hospitality passion, and teamwork. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus, and you will join a diverse, international team in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Be a great host and ensure guests have a safe, memorable stay.
• Manage check-in to check-out processes and guest well-being.
• Serve as first contact for visitors, suppliers and technicians.
• Direct guests to sights, attractions and local activities.
• Handle invoicing, emails, online requests, upselling and reviews.
• Support other departments when needed and work in a diverse team.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
