Job summary

INNSiDE Amsterdam Front Office Agent position with INNSiDE by Meliá requires a guest‑oriented professional who welcomes guests, handles check-in/out, and ensures a memorable stay. You will assist guests, answer inquiries, and promote hotel services with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Guest service orientation and energetic attitude.
• Experience in answering guest reviews.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (preferred).
• Melia International experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out and manage guest stays to ensure a seamless experience.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, manage inquiries by phone and in person, and upsell services.
• Be an ambassador for the brand, maintain high service standards and greet guests with a warm welcome.
