Job summary

Melia Hotels International S.A.(Meliá) in Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Agent for the morning shift. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and ensure a seamless arrival experience, using local knowledge and a friendly, proactive approach.

You will upsell services, respond to guest inquiries, and collaborate with the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional service. Opera Cloud PMS experience is a plus; Melia international experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Passionate and energetic individuals with a guest-first mindset.
• Previous experience with answering guest reviews.
• Ideally experience with Opera Cloud PMS.
• Melia International experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and ensure a warm, courteous check-in experience.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and manage guest stays.
• Promote services and upsell where appropriate while maintaining high service standards.
