Job summary

Fluke is hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Eindhoven to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and solutions. You will build deep knowledge of FPC key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and preserve recurring revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop success plans, strengthen relationships with customers at all levels, and contribute to a dynamic, international customer success team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with Fluke FPC customers to meet/exceed expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and develop success plans for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring adoption, retention and revenue growth.
• Support, problem-solve and strategize with the team to improve relationships.
