Hybrid## Customer Success Specialist (French)Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, NetherlandsAs a Customer Success Specialist, your job is to make sure we are meeting and/or exceeding customer's expectations with our products and solutions. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our FPC Key Account customers and their business needs/goals allowing you to identify upsell opportunities and preserve recurring revenue.You will help craft the Fluke's customer success strategy, by building strong relationships with Flukecustomers and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver excellent customer experiences.
