Job summary

Fortive's Fluke division is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Eindhoven to ensure customers meet or exceed expectations with our products. You will build strong relationships with FPC key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With a Bachelor’s in Business and 1–2 years of B2B experience, you will support adoption, retention and revenue growth while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years B2B experience in a professional industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Previous experience with CRM (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with Fluke FPC customers to meet or exceed expectations.
• Leverage relationships with key accounts to increase adoption, retention and revenue.
• Develop success plans outlining critical success and growth factors for customers.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Perform related duties as assigned and contribute to team problem solving.

Job description

As a Customer Success Specialist, your job is to make sure we are meeting and/or exceeding customers' expectations with our products and solutions. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our FPC Key Account customers and their business needs/goals allowing you to identify upsell opportunities and preserve recurring revenue.

You will help craft the Fluke's customer success strategy, by building strong relationships with Fluke customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver excellent customer experiences. Fluke provides you with the flexibility you need so you can excel and grow in the best way possible.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with that works to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding Fluke FPC customers' expectations with our products
• Leverage trusted relationship with key accounts, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growing revenue
• Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success and growth factors
• Work with all levels of the organization internally and partners externally
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize with your team

Experience

• Bachelor Degree ( Business field preferred)
• 1-2 year experience in a business to business (B2B) environment in the professional industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Previous experience with CRM (Dynamics CRM, Sales Force..)

• Required primary language skills: French, and fluency in English
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate technical information to understand customers' needs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision. Accountability and personal organization are essential
