Job summary

smaXtec is seeking a Regional Customer Success Lead to guide our teams across Denmark, the Netherlands, and France. You will build a high-performing CS organization, shape scalable processes, and drive lasting customer value in a multi-market setting.

You will coach leaders, monitor KPIs, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations, and travel frequently to support customers and teams. Fluent English and Dutch (or Danish/French) are required, with a strategic yet hands-on

Qualifications

Several years of Customer Success or leadership experience.
Experience leading teams across multiple regions.
Strong coaching and leadership skills.
High technical affinity and the ability to explain technology-driven products.
Fluent English and Dutch (or Danish/French).

Responsibilities

Lead CS teams across Denmark, the Netherlands, and France.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success across the cluster.
Establish scalable processes and best practices across the customer journey.
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to create an outstanding customer experience.
Monitor KPIs and translate insights into improvements.
Support teams in managing complex customer situations and escalations.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the global Customer Success organization.
