Job summary

ITProposal in the Netherlands is seeking IT Onsite Support technicians for a flexible, project-based role across the 's-Hertogenbosch area. This is not a full-time job; backfill and dispatch assignments are paid per assignment or per hour and hours vary by client.

Duties include Windows/Mac support, hardware maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting, with travel to client sites as needed. Working hours vary; typical shifts 09:00-18:00 may apply, with exact times per task.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a similar environment.
Fluent Dutch with good English for service desk interactions.
Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows/Mac desktops and common software.
Install, support and troubleshoot end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and peripherals.
Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
Take ownership of issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when needed.
Document requests accurately in the IT service desk system.
Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
