Job summary

ITproposal B.V. seeks an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for Amsterdam area. This role is backfill/dispatch-based, not guaranteed hours. Tasks include on-site support for Windows/Mac, hardware peripherals, and remote assistance; travel within the Amsterdam area is common.

Ideal for students or professionals with flexible schedules. Work hours vary by client; typical day ranges and paid per assignment. Dutch and English language skills required; travel reimbursement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT support environment.
• Fluent Dutch with good English for service desk interactions.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktop software.
• Support End User Workspace hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, meeting room equipment.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support and assist with IMAC/Breakfix activities.
