Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) to handle backfill and dispatch tasks across the Zaanstad area in the Netherlands. The role is not full-time and operates on an assignment basis with varying client hours.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows and Mac endpoints, support printers and mobile devices, and interact with executive users when needed. The position emphasizes flexibility, travel to client sites, and coordination with SMEs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT onsite environment.
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with service desk.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software.
• Support end-user hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document requests in the service desk system.
• Provide advanced support for complex issues and VIP users.
• Escalate to other teams when necessary.
• Maintain professional customer service and accurate records.
