ROCKWOOL International A/S in Roermond is seeking an experienced Customer Service Employee to support the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. You will manage orders in SAP, coordinate with logistics and production, and handle after-sales support in an international B2B setting.

Excellent German and English are essential, Dutch is a plus. The role offers 24–28 hours per week on-site with a permanent contract from day one, including a competitive salary and generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completing MBO level 4 education in a relevant field (Customer Service, Commercial Economics, International Business, Office Management, Logistics or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Dutch knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice, support and services to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via email and phone.
• Process, monitor and administratively handle customer orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with logistics and production regarding planning and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints, including registration, follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and proactively identifying needs.
