Job summary

Unifyrecruitment is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support its Dutch operations in Utrecht. You will handle orders, emails, phone inquiries, and basic financial tasks while contributing to a positive, growth-minded team.

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft systems is a plus; Dutch proficiency is required, with English for international communication. This is a full-time, in-office role with regular Friday gatherings and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Dutch proficiency for office tasks
• Good command of English for international communication
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and be a team player

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage the email inbox.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone.
• Perform financial tasks, such as sending payment reminders and handling direct debits.
• Keep social media channels up to date by reviewing responses and answering questions.
• Handle other office tasks in Dutch; Dutch language proficiency required.
