Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Roermond, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Employee to support and coordinate the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. You will advise customers via email and phone, process orders in SAP, and collaborate with logistics and production to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong communication in German and English, with an emphasis on preventive problem solving and proactive service.

Qualifications

Completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in Customer Service, Commercial Economics, International Business, Office Management or Logistics.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset in German and English.
SAP experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide advice, support and services to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via email and phone.
Process and monitor customer orders in SAP and coordinate with logistics and production for deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Build strong relationships by delivering excellent service and proactively identifying customer needs.
