Job summary

Our client in Dordrecht is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support international customers. You will handle orders, inquiries, and administrative tasks, with a focus on accurate data and friendly service.

Requirements include MBO-4 level, 1-2 years in e-commerce CS, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role is full-time and onsite 5 days per week, offering a competitive package including a pension plan and travel allowance.

Our client has been a specialist in designing bathroom and sanitary products since 2018. They are based in Dordrecht, and supply customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. As a fast-growing company, they are continuously expanding their position in Europe and are now in need of a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for international customers via Phone, Email & WhatsApp
• Checking orders, tracking shipments, and resolving queries
• Answering to customer enquiries in a clear and friendly manner, with a solutions-oriented approach
• Collaborating with other colleagues/teams to share knowledge and ensure an accurate customer service
• Handling administrative tasks: order processing, creating invoices, keeping customer and order data up to date

What You Bring:

• At least MBO-4 level or an equivalent qualification;
• 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce customer service role
• Fluent inDutch & English
• Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and flexible.
• Available full-time and willing to work onsite 5x p/w
