Job summary

In this varied position, you will have a range of responsibilities centered around providing outstanding customer service in German to both customers and wholesalers.

• Process orders and manage the email inbox.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone.
• Perform financial tasks, such as sending payment reminders and handling direct debits.
• Keep social media channels up to date by reviewing responses and answering any questions.
• In addition to German customer service, you will also handle other tasks in the office, where Dutch is spoken, so proficiency in Dutch is required.
• You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written, preferably as a native speaker.
• You have a good command of the English language, given the international nature of the company.
• A specific background is not required, but common sense, problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize, and a willingness to learn are qualities we value.
• You are eager to learn and enthusiastic, contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week in our office.
• A salary between €2,400 and €3,000 per month.
• Regular Friday afternoon gatherings.

We work with SAP and Microsoft systems. Experience with these is a plus, but not a requirement if you can learn quickly.
