Job summary

Salesforce in Amsterdam seeks a Service Cloud Account Executive to drive revenue across Service Cloud, Voice and Digital Engagement for Enterprise customers. You will partner with existing account owners, carry a quota, and shape a regional sales strategy to penetrate the current base and win new logos.

You will work with Enterprises, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate customer challenges into Salesforce Service Cloud opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of value-selling experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaigns across the Service Cloud install base, prospects and whitespace.
• Transform customers' service business and expand relationships.
• Generate and qualify leads from prospecting efforts and advance opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Strategize, negotiate and close Service Cloud deals.
• Understand commercial aspects of Service Cloud solutions.
• Exceed annual sales quotas by managing full sales cycles.
• Enable internal teams to pursue Service Cloud opportunities.
• Engage with customers as required.
