Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the Netherlands, grow existing partnerships, and expand our SaaS offerings with strategic customers. You will manage complex negotiations, build executive sponsorship, and collaborate across teams to optimize revenue growth.

Based in the Netherlands, you will leverage your 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B Enterprise sales experience in the Netherlands.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and navigating complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers and developing strategies for account expansion.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers to optimize account revenue.
• Use data insights and customer history to prospect new clients and improve retention.
• Articulate Zendesk product value aligned with customer objectives to drive expansion.
• Lead complex sales cycles with strong communication and value selling.
• Develop a robust pipeline and accurate forecast to exceed revenue goals.
• Engage with executive sponsors and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and execution.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals leveraging KPIs.
