Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business revenue across the Netherlands, owning the full sales cycle within a defined territory.

You’ll be one of the first Enterprise AEs for Qualified in EMEA, shaping territory strategy and sales plays in collaboration with Agentforce and Data Cloud teams. This role requires navigating ambiguity, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering value-based selling at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales targeting large organizations.
• 2+ years within MarTech or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and being recognized (Presidents Club, etc.).
• Ability to articulate business value and lead an enterprise sales cycle.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and managing MEDDIC-style processes.
• Proficient with Salesforce and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Webex).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account/territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Sell to Enterprise-sized organizations (2,500+ employees) within the Netherlands.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and close new business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success teams.
• Articulate the value of Qualified and navigate competitive landscape.
