Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager in the Netherlands to sell technical solutions and develop business with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will build and manage relationships, win new enterprise accounts, and consistently meet sales quotas.

The role focuses on selling AI, server, and storage solutions, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with technical teams to deliver customer value in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• At least 5-year relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English both oral and written; Dutch is a plus.
• Good administrative and communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.

Responsabilités

• Identify, win, and manage Enterprise End-customer in the Netherlands.
• Identify, develop, and manage new AI, Server and Storage opportunities.
• Maintain current customer relationships and develop new relationships with potential clients.
• Continuously develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
• Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales.
• Produce reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams.
