Job summary

Supermicro in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to assist the Sales Department with sales-related procedures, account setup, and training. This role acts as a liaison across functions to keep processes running smoothly.

You will coordinate with service teams, monitor forecasts, support onboarding of new hires, and share vendor and market insights to regional leadership. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
• Strong communication skills including phone, written email and presentation.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly; strong problem solving.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding duties; proficient with Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with sales-related procedures and account setup.
• Liaise across functions to support service delivery and onboarding.
• Coordinate with BV and US service teams to improve service operations.
• Prepare advance notifications and follow up on spare-parts requests.
• Monitor and report on monthly forecasts to regional leadership.
• Support new sales hire onboarding and operation trainings.
