Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Benelux sales team in the Netherlands. You will source new opportunities, build relationships with data centers, cloud providers, and large enterprises, and collaborate with technical sales and services to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a IT infrastructure sales background, strong communication skills, and is customer-centric. English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably within the IT industry.
• Minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience selling IT infrastructure products such as servers, storage and network.
• Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking with strong time-management skills.
• Customer-centric.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by effectively supporting customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction, and consistently being available as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (including technical sales, services, and production) and leverage internal resources to build customer trust and drive business growth.
• Support other sales colleagues in proactively identifying, approaching, and developing potential enterprise customers across data centers, cloud service providers, and large enterprise accounts in the Benelux region.
