Brunswick is seeking a Technical Aftersales Associate for the EMEA region based in Amsterdam. The role focuses on developing dealer networks, delivering high-quality aftersales support, and ensuring a seamless ownership experience for end-users across B2B and D2C channels.

You will work with regional teams to drive dealer success, provide technical training, and help maintain strong relationships with dealers and service centers while pursuing defined OKRs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop dealer success strategy with regional teams.
• Meet quarterly and annual OKR targets for Aftersales.
• Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform servicing and repairs on Flite products as needed.
• Support local end-users in Dutch market and DTC channels.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification and compliance for dealers and service centers.
