Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Service Digitalization Specialist to lead the digital transformation of after-sales services across its European dealer network. You will implement and integrate key systems such as DMS, SAP, WMS, and OMS to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will analyze business processes, design solutions, and provide training to front-line teams and dealers. Strong programming skills and system integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Working language is Polish and English; Fluent Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in system support, software development, or digital transformation projects in the after-sales or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration, database management (e.g., SQL), and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other interface development and system integration technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to ensure timely delivery of cross-departmental projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to drive project progress.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: understand after-sales processes and design solutions.
• System Integration and Implementation: implement and integrate DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, and other systems.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: create and optimize reports for decision-making and transparency.
• Training and Technical Guidance: train staff and dealers; create user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: stay updated on NEV tech trends and propose improvements.
