Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an EMEA Aftersales & Technical Associate to support dealers across the EMEA region from Amsterdam. You will deliver technical training, broker dealer success, and ensure high-quality aftersales while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

You will spend ~80% on dealer support and 20% in the technical space, driving onboarding, warranty processes, and local service coordination. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a can-do attitude.
• Experience with customer support platforms or helpdesks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary aftersales contact for assigned dealers, building trust and providing timely support.
• Provide technical training to internal teams and dealer staff, in-person or online.
• Perform servicing and repairs on Flite products and prepare equipment for events.
• Ensure most end-user issues are resolved via dealers and regional centers.
• Coordinate onboarding and certification programs for dealers and service centers.
• Support marketing and events with a technical capacity as required.
