Job summary

BYD Europe invites an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Netherlands region. You will oversee planning, organizational setup and the service network consistently to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

You will build and develop the local aftersales team, set performance objectives, and drive continuous improvement across service quality, customer satisfaction and dealer profitability in the Benelux region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Fluent written and spoken English; professional proficiency in Dutch or French is strongly preferred; knowledge of both languages is an advantage.
Experience in building or transforming an aftersales organization or dealer network is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with automotive aftersales systems such as DMS, LMS, TIS and CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of BYD’s aftersales service network across the Netherlands.
Manage onboarding and operational preparation of new dealers and service partners.
Ensure service outlets meet BYD requirements including facilities, tools, warranty and high-voltage safety.
Conduct readiness assessments and close gaps before activation.
Coordinate with Legal, Commercial and Network Development on agreements and requirements.
Support dealers in developing sustainable aftersales business and capacity plans.
Ensure service network growth aligns with vehicle parc and customer demand.
