Job summary

Brunswick in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks a Manager Compliance EMEA to lead regulatory alignment across the region and collaborate with the global compliance team. You will translate laws into internal policies and oversee governance to strengthen risk management.

You will monitor Brexit-related changes, RoHS/REACH compliance, and engage authorities while driving training and audits for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in an international environment.
• University Degree in Compliance, International Trade or related field or certified compliance professional.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the EMEA region's compliance with local, national and international regulations.
• Translate laws and regulations into internal policies and procedures and advise the business on implementation.
• Stay up to date with post-Brexit trade landscape and UK-EU trade compliance requirements.
• Manage changes in UK/EU cross-border trade and adapt internal systems accordingly.
• Ensure products comply with RoHS, REACH and other environmental/safety standards.
• Oversee certification and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and advise on mitigation actions.
• Lead organization-wide projects and provide SME input on compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance and risk.
• Plan and participate in audits to improve practices and align with global standards.
