Fliteboard is seeking a Technical Aftersales Associate in Amsterdam to support our EMEA dealer network. You will be the go-to aftersales partner, combining remote support with hands-on technical duties to ensure fast, local resolution of rider cases.

You will train dealers and service centers, manage warranties, and help maintain our knowledge bases and ticketing systems. Strong English skills are essential and Dutch is a plus for local support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands-on technical mindset with ability to service electric watercraft.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary aftersales contact for dealers and service centers.
• Resolve or escalate issues within one business day.
• Lead onboarding, certification and recertification programs for dealers.
