Job summary

BYD Europe seeks a Digital Product Owner for Aftersales Platforms to own the digital development of a key European domain. You will align market insights with digital strategy and roadmaps, managing end-to-end product lifecycles in collaboration with dealers, markets and HQ teams.

You will drive design, testing, rollout and continuous improvement across platforms such as DMS, BSS, SAP, WMS and OMS, while enabling data and AI enabled decision making for improved customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital product ownership or enterprise IT in automotive aftersales or related domains.
• Translate market needs into product strategy and scalable digital solutions.
• Strong design capability: process analysis, requirements, roadmaps, testing and rollout.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data flows, databases and system architecture.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, CRM or TIS.

Responsibilities

• Own domain product strategy and roadmap for aftersales platforms across Europe.
• Collaborate with markets, dealers and HQ teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Design end-to-end digital solutions and ensure measurable business value.
• Coordinate integration with DMS, BSS, SAP, WMS, OMS and third-party systems.
• Manage delivery, testing, UAT, rollout and adoption across Europe.
• Provide ongoing optimization, training materials and knowledge sharing.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and manage cross-functional vendors.
