XPENG, a leading tech mobility company, seeks an experienced Aftersales & Distributor Manager for its European operations in the Netherlands. You will oversee dealer/importer management, drive KPIs, coordinate aftersales service and warranty handling, and support parts management across regions.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar position, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in managing third-party/regional distributors/importers.
• Familiar with the Eastern European market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• English can be used as a working language; Polish or Czech is a plus.
