Job summary

Axon is seeking a technically adept Technical Account Manager to partner with a major public safety customer in the Netherlands. You will act as the primary technical liaison, guiding deployment, governance, and ongoing optimization within Axon's ecosystem while coordinating with partners and leadership.

You will build strong relationships with executive sponsors and IT leadership, delivering proactive guidance, health reviews, and strategic roadmaps to maximise value and minimize risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience with government, public safety, or regulated sectors is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Liaise between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners to maintain trust.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and IT teams.
• Lead governance, strategy, and deployment alignment in cross-functional meetings.
• Provide guidance through deployment, go-live readiness, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate technical escalations and ensure clear communications with stakeholders.
• Conduct health reviews and architecture discussions, driving platform improvements.
• Support adoption through enablement, guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
• Prepare stakeholders for new hardware, firmware, and software releases.
