Job summary

CBTalents in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will communicate in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), handle inquiries, guide customers through procedures, and maintain records. This role offers onboarding in an international office with relocation support to Portugal.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid residence in the EU.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving.
• Profile: Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, eager to learn.
• Interest: Motivated to develop professionally in Travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions about orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify appropriate solutions to requests.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally, guiding customers through procedures and products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems and collaborate with other departments.
