Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist to join an international team. You will handle inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms, delivering professional and personalized support.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
