Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. You will handle orders, accounts, products, and services with a customer-oriented, proactive approach.

The role includes relocation support for eligible candidates moving to Portugal and an onsite office environment. Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to develop professionally within the Travel

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
