Cross Border Talents in the Netherlands is hiring a Customer Specialist to join an international team. You will be a key contact for customers, delivering professional support across orders, accounts, products and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat and digital platforms, identify needs, propose solutions, and document interactions while collaborating with internal teams.

Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency applies.
