Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat and other digital channels, delivering accurate, timely and personalised assistance.

You will work in an international environment, with relocation support to Portugal and an onsite office. Fluent Dutch and strong English, plus a proactive, organised approach, will help you thrive and grow within the Travel industry.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and detail-focused; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
