Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to join an international team and deliver high-quality support across orders, accounts, products, services, and general inquiries.

You will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, resolve questions, and guide users through relevant processes. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with a proactive, customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn about travel-related offerings.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
