Cross Border Talents seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Options include remote work from anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens, or on-site at the Athens office. The role requires Dutch and English at high proficiency and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to complete the onboarding process.

Responsabilités

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
