Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues in Dutch and English, delivering helpful information and timely solutions from email, chat and phone channels.

The role offers two work options: remote anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens, or on-site at the Athens office. Relocation isn't required.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identify and address customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines.
